Job Description:
Creator-Led Social Media Content
Full-time | Agency | Singapore
The job:
Grow Odd One Out’s brand world on social through creator-led, personality driven organic content that gets watched, shared, and leaves an impression.
Who we are:
We’re Odd One Out Media, an organic social media agency.
We don’t do generic content. We make content with personality, clarity, and intent—then we measure what worked and iterate.
What you’ll own
1) Our social media content growth engine (main mission)
- Be the personality in front of camera and turn “ideas” into posted content — consistently
- Build our brand world through repeatable series that resonate with our audience (POVs, BTS, founder angles, mini case studies, hot takes, “we tried this so you don’t have to”)
- Plan shoots quickly (phone-first), direct simple setups, and keep production lightweight
- Self edit and work with editors/ designers to get content out on time (and looking sharp)
2) Make content that moves
- Be ahead of the curve, spot upcoming trends (formats, audios, angles), then twist it into something on-brand
- Push for strong hooks: first 1–3 seconds, first line, first frame and lasting engagement
- Turn agency life into content people save and send (challenges, lessons, “here’s what clients don’t see”)
- Repurpose ruthlessly: one shoot → multiple Reels, Stories, carousels, cutdowns
3) Support client accounts
- Use proven concepts and apply it for client accounts (Instagram/ TikTok-first thinking)
- Content planning that turns client briefs into shootable plans (hooks, angles, structure, CTA)
- Assist with coordination of client logistics, timelines, assets, shoot needs
4) Keep us sharp with simple reporting
- Track weekly performance: reach, retention, saves/shares, profile actions
- Share the takeaways in plain English: what hit, why it hit, what we test next
- Build a “winners library” of formats, hooks, and templates we can reuse
5) Light ops (so we can execute faster)
- Be up to date with tasks and keep content organised: folders, links, calendars
- Support internal updates/decks when needed (clean, quick, no fluff)
You’re a fit if…
- You’re bubbly and energetic in front of camera
- You have a creator brain: hooks, pacing, storytelling, trend instincts – you see content and know how it can be applied to the brand
- You’re scrappy: you can make “simple” look good
- You execute fast and iterate faster
- You can juggle multiple things without dropping the ball
- You can read performance and make decisions (double down / tweak / kill)
Tools you should be comfortable with
- Google Workspace, Canva, CapCut/ Premiere, Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools.
