Sales Executive (Event-based)

We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our team as a Sales Executive for our upcoming Korean Brands Fair at Takashimaya Department Store.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and promoting high-quality Korean brands. We welcome both experienced sales professionals and those eager to gain hands-on retail experience.

Job Details

Position: Sales Executive
Job Type: Part Time
Event Location: Takashimaya Department Store, Singapore
Employment Period: April 25, 2025 – May 12, 2025
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 9:30 PM
(The Working Date and Time are flexible )

Payment:
Entry level: 15 SGD per hour
Senior level: 18 SGD per hour

Responsibilities

1. Assist with sales and customer engagement for participating brands
2. Provide accurate product information and recommendations to customers
3. Maintain a professional and welcoming shopping experience
4. Handle basic inventory management and restocking as needed
5. Support event operations and ensure smooth sales transactions
6. Perform any other duties assigned related to sales and customer service

Requirements

1. Sales experience is preferred, but not required
2. Positive attitude and willingness to learn
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
5. Languages: Proficiency in English and Chinese is required (Korean skills are a plus)
