Job Description
The Role
We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented, technically curious and storytelling-driven individual who’s passionate about editing, motion graphics and everything that happens after the shoot wraps.
As a Post-Production Intern, you’ll work closely with our Editors, Directors and Producers to help bring projects to life in the edit suite. From high-end corporate films to branded shorts and social cutdowns, you’ll get exposure to a wide range of post workflows — and learn what it takes to make visuals sing and stories land. We’re a tight-knit team, so you’ll also have opportunities to work across departments and projects. We value voice, initiative and craft, and we’re looking for someone who’s keen to grow with us.
Here are your responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and animate motion graphics elements across various projects (e.g. explainers, lower-thirds, infographics, brand toolkits).
- Support Editors in assembling rough cuts, syncing footage and preparing sequences.
- Occasionally support light video editing or versioning (with Premiere or Resolve).
- Support the Head of Post-Production in the development of visual concepts — storyboards, styleframes, and animation tests.
- Assist with delivery exports, QC, and archiving of completed projects.
- Maintain clean project files and organised animation pipelines.
- Occasionally support BTS edits and content for internal socials.
- Contribute to the creation of internal reels, pitch decks, and mood references.
Additional Notes
- Required software knowledge: Adobe Creative Suite
- Fresh or soon-to-be graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in media, creative, production or agency environments will be advantageous.
- Applicants with a media or design-related background will be strongly preferred.
What’s Next?
This internship is meant to be more than a stepping stone — it’s a real opportunity to get inside the edit process and see how professional stories come together. If you show initiative, attention to detail and a genuine desire to grow in post-production, there may be opportunities for full-time employment after the internship.
Specific Requirements
- You must be a Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident to apply.
- Applicants based outside of Singapore will not receive a reply.
- Please upload only text-based CVs (.doc or .pdf, max 5MB).
- Include a link to your editing reel or portfolio in your cover letter — even if it’s just school or personal work.
Call to Action
Tell us why you’re the editor-in-the-making we’ve been looking for. Before you hit send, check out our work across Vimeo and YouTube to get a feel for our tone — we put the client-facing stuff on Vimeo, while our goofier, experimental content lives on YouTube.
We’re a bunch of misfits who take the work seriously, but not ourselves — and if that sounds like your vibe, we’d love to hear from you. Drop us a line at joinus@onemoreturn.co or use the form on our website.
