Who We Are
Job Description
About the Role
We’re looking for an Associate Creative Producer / Director’s Assistant Intern to support across creative development, production coordination and day-to-day project flow.
This is a junior/entry-level internship role designed for someone with strong instincts, initiative and curiosity. You may be a fresh graduate, early-career creative, or someone who has interned in media, production, communications or advertising. More than experience, we are looking for someone who is organised, thoughtful, hungry to learn, and serious about growing into a trusted creative and producing role over time.
You will work closely with our founders, directors and will report directly to our Creative Producer, supporting both the front-end creative process and the back-end realities of getting work done.
As we move into our next phase, we’re looking for someone early in their career who wants to grow closely with the company and learn how creative, production and business thinking come together in real-world projects.
What You Will Do
- Support on creative development, research and treatment building
- Assist the team with deck preparation, references, script formatting and project materials
- Help the Creative Producer coordinate production logistics, schedules, call-sheets and shoot support
- Support project administration and follow-up across internal and external stakeholders
- Sit in on creative and client discussions where relevant, taking notes and tracking action points
- Assist the founder/director in day-to-day in-house creative and production needs
- Help ensure projects move smoothly from ideation to execution
- Grow into greater ownership across producing, coordination and creative support over time
Who We Are Looking For
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication
- A genuine passion in brand storytelling, production and creative work
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in fast-moving environments
- Resourceful, dependable and willing to figure things out
- Comfortable working in a lean team where roles can be fluid
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn by doing
- Fresh grads are highly encouraged to apply
- Someone who is able to fill the roll for at least 4 to 6 months at the minimum
All the above traits are fundamental (especially 7!), but you will stand out if you have:
- Internship or freelance experience in production, media, advertising or branded content
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic understanding of production workflows
- A strong visual eye or sensitivity to storytelling
- Basic copywriting or presentation-building skills
- Any relevant portfolio to share with us
- A good reason to want to join the industry!
This role is ideal for someone who wants a front-row seat to how ideas are built, sold and produced, and who hopes to eventually grow into a creative producer and eventually as a trusted right hand within a small but ambitious company.
Other Specific Requirements
You must be a Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident to apply. Applicants based outside of Singapore will not receive a reply.
Please upload only text-based CVs (.doc or .pdf, max 5MB) and include a link to visual portfolios in your cover letter if you might have worked on any creative projects in the past.
