Admin Executive handles general office tasks and administrative duties, such as organizing schedules, entering data, maintaining office equipment, and so on.

Job scope and required below skills:

– Computer-literate, proficient in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat.

– Good written and verbal communication skills.

– Have knowledge of browsing through websites, platforms/portals.

– Time-management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

– Documents such as DO, PO, Invoices and e-filing.

– Downloading pitches/tenders/leads, prepare and compilation of documents for submission.

– Coordinating, monitoring existing projects and assigning new projects for internal departments.

– Attitude for learning new software, systems, and online platforms.

– Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.

– Provide general administrative support to related internal departments.

– Data entry and record keeping.

– Liaise with vendors and clients.

– Ad-hoc/Miscellaneous tasks assigned.
