Job Description
Who We Are
We are looking for passionate and creative Interior Designers to join our growing team. This role combines design expertise, client engagement, and sales to create tailored spaces that enhance lifestyles and deliver exceptional renovation experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, needs, and design goals.
- Develop space planning, design concepts, material selections, and moodboards.
- Prepare 2D & 3D drawings, layouts, and visual presentations.
- Present design proposals and provide renovation solutions tailored to clients.
- Manage the full client journey from consultation to project completion.
- Follow up on leads, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, costing, timelines, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Arts, or a related field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
