We are excited to launch our new outlet at Orchard Road (Hereen) and are looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join our team as Tea Baristas. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and love delivering great customer experiences, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Provide a warm and friendly customer experience from the moment guests enter
- Prepare high-quality beverages according to brand standards
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and service area
- Ensure proper handling of ingredients and equipment
- Support daily store operations and teamwork
- Share customer feedback and contribute ideas for improvement
Work Location
Main Store: Orchard Road (Hereen – NEW OPENING!)
Training Location:Â Jewel Changi Airport (training provided before store opening)
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment\
- Team player with good communication skills
- Prior F&B experience is a plus (but not required – training provided!)
- Able to commit to retail working hours (including weekends & public holidays)
Salary & Benefits
Salary: $2,600 – $3,000/month
