Job Description
About PIVENE
PIVÄ’NE is a luxury wine & spirits business with a portfolio of highly curated brands, products, and services.
Based in Singapore, we believe in the art of living; ‘L’art de Vivre’, where curation and consideration meet, and appreciation of fine wine, the culinary arts, bespoke design, and elevated experiences all converge.
We operate on the e-commerce platform, as well as work with elevated trade and F&B businesses, discerning private clients, and corporate enterprises that operate in the luxury sector. We aim to forge unparalleled levels of high-level client service and engagement and become the foremost wine distribution business in Singapore.
Key responsibilities:
Reporting to the Creative Director, the Creative Marketing Executive will be responsible for the end-to-end creative development, design, and production of both digital and physical marketing assets across PIVENE and its subsidiary retail brand, auterra.
This role plays a key part in shaping how our brands show up—across campaigns, retail touchpoints, events, and brand activations—ensuring strong visual storytelling, brand consistency, commercial relevance, and timely execution across all channels.
- Own the end-to-end development and production of creative concepts and visual assets across PIVENE and Auterra, translating business objectives into clear, engaging, and brand-aligned creative outputs for both digital and physical platforms.
- Support marketing campaigns, retail initiatives, and event or activation-related projects by producing creative assets that align with campaign objectives and timelines.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Retail Operations, Partnerships, and Marketing, to manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring clear prioritisation and project scoping, realistic timelines and milestone tracking, ongoing communication and alignment on deliverables.
- Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and fabricators to ensure accurate and timely execution of physical deliverables, including comparing quotations and sourcing cost-effective production options, managing production timelines and delivery schedules, reviewing and proofing samples for quality and accuracy, and ensuring final outputs meet brand standards and approved budgets.
- Where applicable, provide guidance and support to junior designers or interns, contributing to consistent design standards, efficient workflows, and continuous improvement in creative output.
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, creative marketing, or a related field, supported by a portfolio demonstrating both digital and print work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Figma is an advantage.
- Strong design fundamentals with a good eye for layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy, with attention to detail in execution.
- Ability to translate concepts and briefs into clear visual storytelling that aligns with brand objectives.
- Experience supporting events, activations, or retail marketing projects is an advantage.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organisational, time-management, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Resourceful and solution-oriented, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Clear and professional communication skills, particularly in managing expectations and providing updates on project progress.
- Knowledge or interest in wine is a bonus but not required.
What’s in for you:
- A collaborative and open team culture where ideas are welcomed and communication is encouraged, regardless of seniority.
- Casual office dress code.
- Quality coffee—always available.
- Opportunities to participate in wine tastings as part of the brand experience (a perk for wine enthusiasts).
