Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive who can confidently manage projects from brief to execution, build strong client relationships and work closely with our creative team to bring ideas to life. You should have a strong eye for creativity, be comfortable presenting ideas, and know what it takes to produce good content across social and digital platforms.
- Manage day-to-day client accounts and projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables and expectations are well managed
- Develop and contribute to campaign and social media content plans across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Prepare clear project and creative briefs, and work closely with internal teams to bring ideas to life
- Present ideas, concepts and recommendations confidently to clients
- Manage content productions from pre-production to post-production, including directing shoots and coordinating talents, vendors and schedules
- Review creative work and copy to ensure quality, accuracy and alignment with the brief
- Manage influencer and KOL campaigns, including shortlisting, outreach, briefing and coordination
- Monitor campaign performance, competitor activity and social trends, and provide relevant insights and recommendations
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of relevant agency experience in advertising, digital, social or creative
- Strong written and spoken English, with confidence presenting to clients
- Good understanding of social media, digital content and creative best practices
- Strong creative eye with experience managing or directing content and video shoots
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple timelines
- Detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of projects
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment
