Event Executive
Who We Are
We are an interdisciplinary collective made up of Plus Collaboratives, a design
consultancy, Plus Pictures, a videography and photography studio and Plus
Productions, an event & exhibition production agency. Together, we adopt a
methodical approach based on research and user-centred studies to achieve clarity
and readability through our works for brands and businesses. We generate relevant
content in the various mediums of visual communications, spatial design, event
and exhibition design, photography, videography and more. Our clients include
advertising agencies, government organisation, brands and other businesses who
are looking for experiential outputs to their projects.
Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
路 Assist lead with event planning, management and execution, stakeholders/clients servicing and management
路 Source, evaluate, negotiate and manage third party vendors and/or venues
路 Manage aspects of events not limiting to:
o Manage registration requirements and stakeholder liaison
o Oversee event collateral design and production
o Logistics and manpower management
o Hospitality management, create a streamlined experience for invitees, including flights and hotel bookings
路 Responsible for successful delivery of the event, ensure smooth communication with partners, vendors and stakeholders
路 Management of stakeholders and assigned team members, including overall resource planning of roles and responsibilities pre-event and onsite
路 Administrative work such as data entry
路 Understands and willing to work beyond regular office hours during peak periods.
Requirements:
路 Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in event management. Fresh grads may be considered!
路 Minimum Diploma/Degree holder
路 Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software. Other skills in graphic or spatial design is a bonus.
路 Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
路 Digitally savvy

路 Good interpersonal and communication skills
路 Adaptable and can react to changes readily
