Job Description

Sales Engineer Role
We’re looking for a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join the team. In
this role, you are expected to work closely with the sales team to deliver solutions to
customers, helping drive business growth with technical expertise and client
relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with sales team to identify customer needs and propose technical
solutions
• Deliver proposal/product demonstrations and presentations
• Provide pre-sales technical support to prospective clients
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address clients’
requirements
• Maintain close relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Handle submission of tenders, quotations, and other administrative duties
• Assist in preparing technical proposals and documentation.
• Perform technical analysis and engineering problem-solving to develop
customized solutions
• Design and recommend technical configurations based on client’s requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
What we’re looking for
• Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a sales engineer, pre-sales, or similar technical
role is preferred (including direct client interaction).
• Strong communication and presentation skills with good command of English and
Chinese.
• Proactive with a positive working attitude and able to work independently as well
as work as a team.
• Client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Hands on problem-solving skills with experience in troubleshooting and solution
development.
