Job Description

Hello! We’re a growing deli company looking to scale and grow! We understand that content creation and marketing is a key aspect of a business. We are looking for a fun, cool, ideas-driven, motivated, alittle crazy (with ideas) person to join our team!

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Content Creator & Marketing to lead our social media content and marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for producing engaging visual content, managing social media platforms, and supporting marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and passionate about food & education, storytelling, and digital trends. Additional responsibilities include photography & videography, video editing, copywriting, crafting promotional materials, and maintaining brand consistency. The role also involves understanding trends and analyzing performance to optimize strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.

Qualifications
Experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Marketing
Experience skills in Photography, Videography, and Video Editing
Proficiency in Content Writing, Storytelling, Copywriting, and Editing
Knowledge of Branding, Marketing Strategies, and Campaign Execution
Familiarity with Design Tools and Content Management Systems (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and evaluate campaign performance
Excellent organizational skills and time management
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Passion for food, culinary arts, education and creativity is a plus
