Who We Are

Eventions Group is an award-winning integrated agency providing full turnkey solutions from strategy to execution, serving clients and key accounts ranging from Fortune Top 500 companies to major local brands. We create market-leading campaigns and productions across live, hybrid and digital forms, optimizing audience communication and brand experience in both local and regional markets.

Job Description

We’re looking for a Media Producer who is equally confident behind the camera, in post-production, and working with creative teams to bring brand experiences to life. Sharp eyes, fast hands, and a love for visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Post-Production

  • Lead or support video shoots for event highlights, pre-records, interviews, product stories, and branded content.
  • Handle video editing, sound mixing, basic color grading, subtitling, and final delivery for various platforms (event playback, digital, social).
  • Organize and prepare production elements including footage, music, voiceovers, animations, scripts, and visual effects.

Motion Graphics & Animation

  • Create motion graphics, animated lower thirds, transitions, infographics, and branded visuals for videos and livestream overlays.
  • Animate intros/outros and short-form visuals for social or event content using Adobe After Effects or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to conceptualize visually engaging animated elements.

Livestreaming & Hybrid Event Production

  • Assist in the setup and operation of livestreams and hybrid productions including switching, cueing, and integrating live/animated media.
  • Support backstage, studio, or remote technical setups (e.g. green screen, mic checks, remote call-ins, show playback).

Creative Development & Coordination

  • Support in developing storyboards, shot lists, video outlines, and creative treatments for client-facing proposals or internal use.
  • Help brainstorm concepts and formats for social-first content, reels, event openers, and campaign content.
  • Collaborate across teams (accounts, creatives, producers, editors) to meet production needs and timelines.

Media Management & Archiving

  • Manage proper file structure, backup, and archival of raw and edited media assets.
  • Maintain a clean, searchable media library for internal and client access.

Requirements & Profile

  • Diploma or Degree in Film & Media Studies, Mass Communications, Digital Production, or related disciplines.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in video production, media content, livestream or agency environments.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), with bonus points for knowledge in DaVinci Resolve, Audition, or other video/audio tools.
  • Basic camera operation knowledge (DSLR/mirrorless/video rigs), lighting, and sound recording is a must.
  • Strong editing and storytelling instincts with an eye for rhythm, pacing, emotion, and message.
  • Motion graphics and animation experience a major advantage — particularly for events, shows, and social content.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines under pressure.
  • Resourceful, efficient, meticulous — and someone who simply gets things done.
  • A perfectionist mindset paired with a sense of humour and calm under stress.
  • Able to work late nights or weekends during peak production or event periods.

Other Skills (Bonus)

  • Experience with livestreaming platforms or switcher softwares
  • Familiarity with visual scripting, motion storyboard drafting, long-form or short-form content formats
  • Basic design sensibilities and layout/typography experience for motion graphics.
  • Experience filming on-site at live events and coordinating production teams.
