Production & Social Media Assistant (Podcast & Advertising)

Are you a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, identity, and culture? Do you love working on content that sparks conversations and engages audiences?

I’m looking for a Production & Social Media Assistant to primarily manage “The Brown Box” podcast (70% of the role) and support my advertising projects (30% of the role). This role is perfect for someone who is a feminist, deeply interested in identity and representation, and understands South Asian culture.

Key Responsibilities:
🎙 Podcast Production & Social Media
Guest Booking & Research: Find and book guests who align with The Brown Box’s themes.
Production Support: Manage scheduling, coordination, and logistics for episodes.
Social Media Strategy: Plan and execute engaging content to grow the podcast’s audience.
Content Creation: Develop posts, reels, and stories that spark meaningful conversations.
Community Engagement: Manage interactions and build a strong digital community.

🎬 Advertising & Production Support (30%)
Pre-Production Assistance: Help with planning, research, and creative pitches for advertising projects.
Shoot Day Support: Assist with coordination and logistics on set when needed.
Creative Brainstorming: Collaborate on ideas for campaigns and content.

Who You Are:
✅ Creative & organized – You have a strong vision, storytelling skills, and attention to detail.
✅ Culture-conscious – You understand identity, feminism, and South Asian representation.
✅ Social media-savvy – You know how to craft engaging content and grow an audience.
✅ Experienced – Previous experience of social media management is required, the rest you can learn as your grow.
✅ A Singapore Citizen or PR – Due to hiring restrictions.
