Job Description
We are partnering with a leading global aesthetics company to hire a Regional Digital Performance Manager for its APAC team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of paid media, performance marketing, social listening, tracking, and stakeholder management. You will help build the regional digital performance framework, track campaign outcomes, and turn data into practical recommendations that improve results across markets.
What you’ll do
- Own and improve the regional digital performance framework across paid media, paid social, SEM, SEO, influencer, and website performance.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROI, engagement, and conversion.
- Build dashboards and reports that give clear visibility across markets.
- Use social listening and tracking tools to understand sentiment, trends, and competitive movement.
- Partner with agencies and internal stakeholders to review results, challenge assumptions, and drive optimisation.
- Translate data into concise, business-focused insights for regional and country teams.
- Support capability building across APAC and act as a regional point of reference for performance-related questions.
What we’re looking for
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or media analytics.
- Hands-on experience with paid media and performance marketing across multiple channels.
- Exposure to social listening or media monitoring tools
- Strong reporting and tracking skills
- Confident stakeholder manager who can work well with agencies, markets, and leadership teams.
- Regional or multi-market experience preferred.
- Agency or in-house background both welcome.
- Strong communicator who can simplify performance data into clear action.
