Over the past 6 years, ROMI.SG has grown to manage a portfolio of over 30 clients in the SME space. We are now looking for a digitally savvy performance marketer to join our expanding team.

This role is based in Malaysia, and is a fully remote, wfh role.

• Deep Understanding of Digital Performance: Working with SME clients presents unique challenges in driving digital performance due to budget constraints, limited resources, and competitive landscape. This role offers the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of performance as you develop effective solutions to drive business growth.
• Broader Understanding of Businesses and Markets: Our clients span a wide spectrum of industries. Working alongside business owners and SMEs allows you to learn and understand the opportunities in their businesses and the challenges they face in scaling.

Focusing on helping local start-ups and SMEs scale in the digital space amidst an ever-changing landscape, ROMI.SG seeks someone eager to learn, takes initiative, and is excited to solve various business problems with digital marketing strategies.

• Drive and Motivation: A passion for digital marketing and a desire to become an expert in the space. 80% of learning comes from the individual, while our team will provide the remaining 20% to accelerate the process with you.
• Knowledge of the Digital Advertising Space: Hands-on experience with key platforms that Singapore businesses can leverage, such as social media and Google and a constant desire to explore and learn more about these platforms.
• Discipline: As a service provider, we must back up our promises with the right actions. This requires consistent discipline in timeline and task management from everyone in our team.
• Experience: We’re looking for someone to hit the ground running, so if you have some level of relevant experience that would be beneficial to your application. If you don’t have any but you’re eager to learn and put in the time, we’ll be happy to discuss too!
