About This Opportunity
We are opening a special 10-month retail residency at Marina Square, offering customers an immersive physical shopping experience and the chance to discover Sensibilities in person. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a fast-growing local fashion brand during a key stage of expansion.
Flexible part-time shifts are available, making this role ideal for students, freelancers, or individuals seeking retail experience with adaptable scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
– Deliver warm, personalised customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience
– Provide styling recommendations and product guidance confidently
– Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
– Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and cleanliness standards
– Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and back-of-house organisation
– Support daily store operations and opening / closing duties when required
– Contribute to sales targets, customer retention, and brand growth
Requirements
– Prior retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred (but not essential)
– Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Well-groomed, reliable, and professional presentation
– Interest in fashion, styling, and customer experience
– Comfortable engaging with a diverse customer base
– Proactive and willing to learn
