Job Description
Marketing Associate/ Coordinator – Shin Terroir
We’re seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing Associate to join the team – you’ll help shape and execute engaging campaigns across our portfolio of restaurants. This role is a full-time in-office position.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage monthly marketing calendars, including seasonal promotions, events, and special activities
- Create compelling social media content that showcases our venues’ distinct personalities
- Manage day-to-day social media operations across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance
- Collaborate with restaurant managers to align marketing initiatives with operational capabilities
- Build and maintain relationships with local influencers and media partners
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality
- Strong creative writing and copywriting skills
- Proficiency in social media management tools and basic photo/video editing
- Experience with content creation – photography skills is a bonus!
- Strong project management and organisational abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
