Assistant Printer

Job Description

Overall Job Objectives:

To assist Printers and Senior Printers in all STPI’s projects.
To be trained in the preparation works prior to all productions and the basics of all printmaking and other techniques used in STPI.

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist all Printers in all projects with STPI VAP Artists
• To provide support in the management of tools/materials:
  Location
  Maintenance of tools
  Proper storage of materials
  Knowledge about suppliers
• Responsible for daily maintenance and cleanliness of workstations
• Comply withall work, health and safety guidelines

Other Responsibilities:

In-depth knowledge of one printing technique and be able to execute production individually.

Job Specifications:

• Diploma (Preferably in the discipline of Fine Arts)
• Fresh graduates with basic printmaking knowledge are welcome
• Possess passionfor printmaking, eagerness to learn and willingness to be a good team player
