Job Description
Role Overview
You will support the setup, operation, and growth of our e-commerce business. This includes managing products, running CRM and marketing campaigns, coordinating with suppliers and partners, and analysing sales performance. You will work closely with the founders/management team to bring our sports audience into a thriving commerce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- E-commerce Operations
- Manage the online store on Wix (products, pricing, stock, categories)
- Coordinate with suppliers on merchandise orders, inventory, timelines
- Upload product photos, write descriptions, tag categories
- Assist with ticketing setup (Wix Events or third-party integrations)
- Monitor orders, refunds, customer inquiries
- CRM & Digital Marketing
- Create and schedule email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp / Wix CRM)
- Build customer segments and automated flows (abandoned cart, welcome, promotions)
- Manage discount codes, promotions, and loyalty initiatives
- Support social media execution for product launches and events
- Work with Content / Media Team for Content & Branding
- Draft product copy, newsletters, promotional posts
- Ensure brand consistency across store assets and merchandise
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track store performance on Wix Analytics / Google Analytics
- Report on conversions, traffic, top-selling categories, customer behavior
- Suggest improvements based on insights
Nice-to-Have Skills
Basic photo editing (Canva/Photoshop)
Interest in sports merchandise or community /fan engagement
Experience running student club social media or blog shops
