What You’ll Be Doing:
-Brainstorm, plan, and create engaging video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
-Film and edit high-quality short-form videos that align with our brand’s voice and aesthetics.
-Be comfortable showing your face on camera and creating content featuring yourself.
-Stay ahead of social media trends and implement them into our content strategy.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and campaign ideas.
-Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages to build relationships.
-Track content performance and suggest ways to improve engagement and reach.
What We’re Looking For:
-A content enthusiast who lives and breathes social media.
-Comfortable being in front of the camera and creating engaging personal content.
-Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar.
-A creative mindset with an understanding of storytelling and visual aesthetics.
-Strong knowledge of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
-Passion for haircare, beauty, and lifestyle content.
-Basic photography and lighting skills are a plus.
