We are seeking a visionary and experienced Art Director to lead our creative efforts to new heights. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a keen eye for design, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to inspire teams to deliver innovative, audience-centric ideas.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Production and Account Management teams to align creative strategies with brand objectives and KPIs, ensuring impactful brand experiences for clients.
- Lead, manage, and supervise multiple projects and teams from concept through to production, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to allocate resources, establish timelines, and develop creative solutions that meet project goals.
- Spearhead the design of digital assets, including eDMs, social media content, standard and Rich Media banners, web platforms, campaign microsites, and short- and long-form videos.
- Ensure all deliverables meet media specifications, brand guidelines, and design standards through rigorous quality assurance.
- Support agency growth by contributing to pitches and delivering creative requirements efficiently and on time.
- Craft compelling presentation decks that effectively communicate the narrative behind each creative concept.
- Develop detailed and inspiring production briefs to guide creative execution.
- Mentor and inspire designers, photographers, editors, content producers, and other team members to collectively produce exceptional work.
Qualifications and Skills
- A degree in arts, 2D design, multimedia, animation, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of four years of experience in visual production, with a proven track record as a Senior Designer or Junior Art Director.
- Exceptional conceptual and design skills, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and social media.
- Proficiency in short-form video production, from concept development to final delivery.
- Demonstrated leadership, resourcefulness, and organizational skills.
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a positive attitude.
