We’d love to have you on the DAM team if you:
- 2-3 years of working experience in the related field
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills
- Know how to plan, track, and deliver projects on time across creative teams (branding, packaging, website, design, content, digital)
- Are confident managing client timelines, expectations, and billing milestones without needing reminders
- Understand how to track team hours, resource utilisation, and ensure no one is over or underused
- Spot inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or unclear workflows—and take initiative to fix and optimise them
- Are confident using and setting up tools like ClickUp, Notion, Asana, or similar platforms to manage delivery and reporting
- Are not afraid to ask hard questions, push back on unclear briefs, and hold both clients and creatives accountable
- Thrive in fast-paced, multi-project environments and know how to prioritise under pressure
