Job Description

We’re looking for a Midweight Creative Designer who can think, design, and execute with intention—someone who understands not just how to design, but why.

This role is suited for a designer who is confident working independently, has strong technical fundamentals, and can translate brand strategy into thoughtful, well-crafted visuals and content that resonate across platforms.

 

Your role:

  • Own the design process from concept to execution across digital and print touchpoints (social media, web, EDMs, and selected print materials)
  • Design with context and intention—ensuring every creative decision serves the brand, audience, platform and objective
  • Develop fresh, on-brand social media ideas to elevate the clients’ digital presence
  • Conceptualise and execute campaign visuals aligned to each client’s brand identity, tone of voice, and goals
  • Maintain strong visual hierarchy, spacing, and layout discipline across all outputs
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director on larger campaigns while working independently on day-to-day deliverables
  • Maintain consistent and clear communication with our portfolio of clients, explaining design rationale clearly and professionally wherever needed

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 3-5 years of design experience, preferably in an agency or brand-led environment
  • Strong command of design fundamentals: layout systems, spacing, hierarchy, typography, and visual consistency
  • Ability to articulate design decisions, not just execute visuals
  • Proven experience designing across platforms with an understanding of how context changes design choices
  • Comfortable working independently without step-by-step direction
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects is a plus)
  • Solid understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented and organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Passionate about branding, storytelling, and thoughtful design across industries
