About the Role:
We are expanding our team and seeking for driven, people-oriented individuals to join us as Sales Associates.
In this role, you will drive sales by building strong client relationships and recommending suitable solutions based on client needs, contributing to the overall success of the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and qualify sales opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and other prospecting activities.
- Develop product knowledge and recommend best value to clients based on needs.
- Support clients in understanding the options available to them.
- Establish and maintain client relations, ensuring positive experience.
- Achieve individual targets and performance goals.
- Attend training and development workshops to strengthen skills.
Who we are looking for:
- No prior experience required – training will be provided
- Undergraduates and fresh graduates are welcome
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
