We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to support our digital marketing initiatives for the brands under the Teamlink Marketing. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to work with data, analyze trends, and help optimize our digital campaigns. You’ll assist in managing online marketing strategies and track performance to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Insights: Assist in conducting market research to identify trends and analyze competitors in the footwear industry.
Campaign Reporting & Performance Tracking: Help track the performance of digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, email), and assist in preparing reports to measure success and suggest improvements.
Data Analysis: Analyse customer behaviour and market data to support the development of targeted digital campaigns.
E-Commerce Optimisation: Collaborate with the team to optimise website performance, user experience, and conversion rates based on data insights.
Paid Digital Advertising: Managing and optimising paid ads (Google, Facebook, YouTube, Tiktok, Marketplaces) for better targeting and improved campaign results.
SEO & Email Campaigns: Help with SEO efforts and assist in managing email marketing campaigns based on customer insights.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of working experience in marketing
Experience in digital marketing, with a focus on data analysis and campaign performance.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO tools.
Good understanding of market research and the ability to analyse trends.
Comfortable using Excel or similar tools to assist with reporting and data visualisation.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
