Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and thoughtful individual to join our team as a Marketing Lead and Researcher. This unique role combines strategic leadership in marketing with a collaborative approach to research. We are looking for someone with a strong sense of narrative, visual instinct, and analytical thinking.

As Marketing Lead, you will take charge of all our marketing initiatives, overseeing both institutional branding and programme-specific campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies across digital, print, and public platforms, working closely with the team to ensure a cohesive and compelling voice across all touchpoints. Your work will shape the organisation’s identity in alignment with our values, and you’ll play a key role in donor communications: crafting proposals, preparing collateral, and supporting the execution of fundraising campaigns. Strong copywriting and storytelling skills are essential, as you will be articulating the vision, work, and impact of the company in ways that resonate with a broad range of stakeholders.

On the research front, you will support the development and communication of our research projects. This includes synthesising interview data, identifying key insights, and co-writing reports alongside research collaborators. Your role will involve translating complex ideas into accessible narratives for both public and stakeholder audiences. You will also assist in shaping dissemination strategies through presentations, publications, and public events, and help manage the communications and logistics that support our research efforts.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a hybrid skill set in communications and research especially if you are passionate about the arts, equity, and cultural inquiry.
