About the Role
Techzu Ichicode Pte Ltd is hiring a dynamic and confident Live Host / Social Media Content Presenter to support our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on camera, conducting interviews, coordinating events, planning content, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing operations.
You will be involved in video hosting, live streaming, guest interviews, event coordination, content planning, client liaison, and day-to-day administrative tasks. This position suits someone who is proactive, organised, creative, and comfortable working closely with both clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Video Hosting, Live Streaming & Interviews
- Serve as the on-camera host for in-house and client video content.
- Conduct engaging interviews with clients, guests, or internal team members.
- Participate in live streams and digital content shoots.
- Prepare scripts, talking points, interview guides, and run-downs with the video team.
Event Planning & Coordination
- Plan, organise, and coordinate events for clients or internal teams.
- Manage logistics including venue setup, registration, equipment preparation, and event flow.
- Liaise with vendors, partners, and clients to ensure smooth event execution.
Content Planning & Marketing Support
- Assist in developing monthly content plans for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and marketing executives to ensure timely content delivery.
- Organise content briefs, ideas, and publishing schedules.
- Ensure all marketing tasks and campaign deliverables are completed on time.
Client & Internal Liaison
- Communicate professionally with clients to manage tasks, updates, and deliverables.
- Schedule meetings, follow up on action items, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate internal meetings and discussions with the marketing team.
Administrative Support
- Handle scheduling, invoicing, filing, and preparation of simple reports.
- Maintain proper documentation, project files, and records.
- Prepare meeting notes and help track deliverables.
Requirements
- Confident on camera; comfortable hosting videos, live streams, and conducting interviews.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative, proactive, and willing to contribute ideas in content and event planning.
- Proficient in basic office tools (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office).
- Experience in content planning, events, marketing coordination, or admin support is an advantage.
