Job Description

Join us as a Videographer cum Editor, delivering creative visual solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll serve as in-house video and photo production specialist, collaborating with account managers and clients to craft engaging content that aligns with each brand’s unique voice and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client-Focused Content Creation:
    Partner with account teams and clients to understand campaign goals, brand guidelines, and target audiences.
    Develop creative video and photo concepts tailored to each client’s needs.
  • End-to-End Production:
    Handle all stages of production—from brainstorming scripts and storyboards to on-location or studio shooting and post-production.
    Operate mirrorless cameras and smartphones, manage lighting setups, audio recording, and on-site direction.
  • Editing & Animation:
    Edit raw footage into polished videos for social media, websites, and digital ads using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
    Create motion graphics and animations in After Effects, Canva, or equivalent tools to enhance storytelling.
  • Social Media & Campaign Support:
    Work with the digital strategy team to integrate video and photo assets into broader campaigns and content calendars.
    Monitor trends, viral formats, and platform-specific best practices to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Asset Management:
    Organize, tag, and archive digital assets within the shared drive, ensuring efficiency and easy retrieval.
  • Performance Analysis & Iteration:
    Track key performance indicators (views, engagement, click-through rates) using analytics tools.
    Present data-driven insights to the team and clients, and adjust content strategies to improve ROI.

 Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma in Film, Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field; fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.
  • 1+ years of experience (including internships) in video production and photography within an agency or similar environment.
  • Proficiency operating mirrorless cameras and smartphones, lighting, and sound equipment on shoots.
  • Expert-level editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and motion graphics in After Effects or Canva.
  • Strong creative vision, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills—comfortable presenting ideas and feedback to clients.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects across different clients and deadlines.
  • Portfolio demonstrating high-quality video and photo work across various industries.

Bonus

  • Experience with animation or 3D software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
  • Marketing copywriting expertise, particularly crafting headlines and thumbnails that drive clicks.
  • Graphic design proficiency using Photoshop or Illustrator.
  • Previous work in a digital marketing agency or startup, with exposure to integrated campaigns.
