Job Description

If you have a strong eye for video production and storytelling — from pre-production planning to shoot execution and post-production editing — we’d love to have you on our team.

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Video Creative (Associate) to create engaging video for brands. Fresh graduates with strong production fundamentals are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle basic camera operations, lighting, and audio setup
  • Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media platforms
  • Enhance videos with colour adjustment and subtitles
  • Work closely with the creative team on content ideation and execution
  • Ensure video outputs are visually strong and aligned with brand direction

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of video production workflows
  • Familiar with camera operations (DSLR)
  • Knowledge of lighting and audio setup
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Strong sense of pacing, framing, and visual storytelling

Bonus Skills:

  • Knowledge of Adobe After Effects / motion graphics
  • Familiarity with Sony camera
  • Experience with colour grading and editing
