– Help liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams during planning and execution stages.

Client & Team Interaction:

– Sit in on client meetings or briefings and assist with note-taking, follow-ups, and communications.

– Help maintain strong internal communication across departments (creative, marketing, operations).

On-site Event Assistance:

– Assist with event setup, registration, and coordination on-site.

– Provide hands-on support during live events, ensuring smooth operations and quick problem-solving when needed.

Sustainability & Logistics:

– Contribute ideas for sustainable event practices and reducing waste.

– Help the team source materials, manage inventory, and prepare logistics plans.

Post-Event:

– Support post-event reporting, including compiling feedback and learnings.

– Help prepare case studies or summary documents for internal and client use.

What We’re Looking For:

– Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

– Strong organisational and time-management skills.

– Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

– Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.

– Good communication and interpersonal skills.

– Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).

– Bonus: Previous experience in events (e.g., school clubs, volunteer work, part-time) is a plus.

What You’ll Gain:

– Real-world exposure to the end-to-end event planning process.

– Opportunity to work on exciting brand events and campaigns.

– Mentorship and guidance from experienced project managers and directors.

– A strong foundation for a career in event management or the wider marketing industry.
