Job Description
Part-Time / Internship Position
Operations is the backbone of every organisation and plays a crucial part in the smooth functioning of daily activities. The role will see you covering a wide array of tasks mainly in the area of supply chain management.
- Working together with operations team to ensure smooth running of day – to – day operations
- Liaising with suppliers and procuring supplies
- Inventory management
- Ensure products are pristine before sending them out to customers
- Developing and overseeing the onboarding and training
- Any other related ad-hoc assignments
Guidelines and Requirements
You should have a can do attitude, the ability to generate and suggest ideas to optimise operations, and also an exceptional passion for learning.
- A willingness to learn and pick up new skills
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- A positive and can do attitude
- Available to commit to late shifts and long hours for peak period events – Valentine’s Day / Mother’s Day / Weddings
- Prior experience not required, but would be a plus!
- A self-starter with a proactive and hands-on attitude with enthusiasm to work and achieve as part of a team. For interns, Internship salary and benefits provided
