Creative Production Intern (E-commerce)
Job Description
Inner Child Creations (ICC) is our small-batch, made-in-Singapore brand where we design and produce cute, functional lifestyle items – often with the help of seniors in our neighbourhood through micro-jobs.
We’re looking for an intern who enjoys hands-on work, is detail-oriented, and wants to experience the full behind-the-scenes workflow of a small creative business.
This role is meaningful – your daily work directly supports seniors and helps keep our neighbourhood micro-job programme running smoothly.
🌿 What you’ll be doing at ICC
1. Product Development & Production Support
- Participate in designing and refining new ICC products
- Help prototype simple items with guidance
- Learn how to print, cut, and prep sticker sheets for products and packaging
- Assist in preparing samples for product photoshoots or launches
2. Order Fulfilment & Studio Operations
- Pack and fulfil online orders
- Prepare materials for seniors’ micro-job tasks
- Assist in simple product assembly and quality checking
- Keep the studio organised, stocked, and production-ready
3. Light Content Support (Optional)
- Take simple behind-the-scenes photos or videos
- Help organise content or listings if comfortable
- No special skills required – just responsibility, good hands, and willingness to learn. We will teach you our processes step-by-step.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Good with hands (crafting, DIY, assembling small items)
- Interested in product design and small-batch production
- Comfortable working independently after training
- Happy to interact with seniors occasionally
Bonus (not required):
- Experience with handmade goods
- Basic design sense
- Simple content creation skills
COMMITMENT
- Full-time (Mon–Fri, ~10am–7pm)
- Some weekend support during events (paid separately at a per-day rate)
- Minimum 3 months
- In-person only
