About us
The Meatmen Group is a Singapore-based food media brand and consultancy creating recipes, videos, and food stories for a passionate community of food lovers. The team runs both our own platforms and client campaigns across social and digital channels.​

Job Summary
This role combines social media management, community engagement, content creation, and data-driven experimentation to grow followers and engagement across our key platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. You will be the gatekeeper of all content that goes out on @themeatmenchannel and a key partner to internal teams and external creators.​

You must be able to commit to a minimum of 24-weeks (6 months) internship.

Key Responsibilities

Community Management

  • Monitor platforms and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor platforms for discussions and trends and provide insights to the relevant teams
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key community members to foster loyalty and advocacy

Content Creation

  • Monitor trends and propose creative content ideas that aligns with brand messaging
  • Ideate, storyboard and produce content weekly
  • Work closely with production team to manage shoot and edit schedules
  • Create and repurpose existing content using tools like Canva and CapCut

Analytics and Insights

  • Track weekly channel and content performance
  • Share insights and recommendations to improve future content

Requirements

  • Possess or currently studying for a Diploma/Degree in Media/Communications Studies or equivalent
  • Genuine passion for food and food culture
  • Strong social media understanding across major social media platforms
  • Strong creative and storytelling skills, especially in short-form video and social-first content
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and CapCut (or similar design and video editing tools)
  • Excellent project management and communication skills; comfortable coordinating internal teams and external partners.​
