Job Description
As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing client accounts, developing and executing digital marketing strategies, and ensuring the successful delivery of social media marketing campaigns. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, lead and manage the internal team, and oversee office operations to maintain a productive and efficient work environment. This is an on-site role located in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing client relationships and expectations.
- Develop, execute, and oversee digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, influencer marketing, and content creation.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Manage office operations to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
- Plan, create, and execute social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance using social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, and advertising) to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and upselling.
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients to achieve their marketing objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, social media algorithms, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or related roles.
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts in a digital marketing agency.
- Experience leading, managing, and mentoring a team.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and content creation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage office operations effectively.
- Ability to manage and lead a team to deliver results.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics and tracking tools.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google) is a plus.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Salary:
- S$3,000 to S$3,300 per month.
