Job Description
We’re looking for a meticulous and independent individual to join our team.
You will be in charge of attending to customer’s emails
- Reply to all online enquiries and is responsible for efficient, prompt and thoughtful response to customers.
- Handle and resolve customers’ complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Process exchanges, returns and issue credits
- Uphold efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Handle and process customer’s exchanges and returns efficiently.

- Ability to solve issues efficiently
- Has a high level of professionalism, work ethics and honesty
- Meticulous
Requirements:
- Strong command of English
- Basic Excel Skills required
- Able to work independently
- Min education: Diploma preferred
- Minimum commitment of one year
- May be required to work on weekends
- Only Singaporeans or Perm Residents
