Job Description
This person will be the founder’s right hand person, and her eyes and ears for all things related to the organisation. They will be providing administrative support to our executive team and making sure that all business matters are in order.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised and detail-oriented to provide administrative support to our executive team.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation.
Your responsibilities will look something like this:
- Manage the founder’s calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Respond to incoming emails (client enquiries, event invites, etc)
- Manage administrative documents (invoicing, contracts, etc)
- Update company website
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Maintain confidential files and records with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suites, and other relevant software
- Basic experience in Notion and Canva would be a bonus
- Flexible, team-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
