Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Singapore as a Creative Designer in Tin Box Group. The Creative Designer will be responsible for creating and designing engaging marketing and promotional materials across digital and print platforms. They will also collaborate with other teams to develop branding strategies and assist with venue design and decor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to maintain consistency across all collaterals.
- Develop the overall layout and production design for promotional collaterals such as displays, logos, or imagery for print and digital use.
- Conceptualised content for Tin Box Group’s social media platforms while executing them.
- Prepare and release the necessary important notices to our customers and/or staff.
- Devise and propose creative strategies for campaigns/events/content, etc.
- Oversee and develop marketing collaterals for campaigns.
- Manage projects independently from start to finish with detailed reports of creative proposal, budgeting, research, etc.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Mass Communication, Design (Visual Communication), Graphic Design, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of designing experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, and After Effects).
- Experience in both print and digital design.
- Strong understanding of branding and marketing strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and time management skills while also managing a project independently.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in written Chinese and spoken Mandarin is required.
