Creative Designer (Freelance)
Employment Type: Part-Time, Contract for Service
Contract Period: Until 31 December 2026 (with option to renew)
Working days or hours: Four-day work week
Location: Singapore (Hybrid; work from home and on-site as required)
The Creative Designer supports Trybe’s organisational and programme communications through the design and production of visual, digital, and short‑form video content. The role focuses primarily on creative and design execution, with support for marketing communications and campaign initiatives. Candidates with design background and an interest in communications or communications practitioners with strong visual and content capabilities, are welcome to apply.
Scope of Work
Creative & Design Execution
Design digital and visual assets for campaigns, events, and programmes, in line with Trybe’s brand guidelines.
Create original social media assets for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok, including static posts, stories, cover visuals, and campaign graphics.
Produce and edit short-form and simple storytelling video content for social and digital platforms, including subtitling and format adaptation.
Adapt creative assets for multi-platform use across public-facing or internal platforms (e.g. web, social media, podcast, internal channels)
Design simple print and presentation materials such as posters, brochures, handouts, decks, and event materials.
Prepare final artwork files for publication, internal use, or vendor handover.

Skills & Experience
Relevant experience in visual communications or digital content creation is preferred.
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design work across relevant platforms and formats.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Familiarity with social media content formats and basic video editing is an advantage.
Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to translate briefs into clear, engaging, and platform-appropriate visual content.
Sensitivity to storytelling in a youth, community, or social impact setting is an advantage.
Fresh graduates or Diploma holders with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
Engagement Terms
Contract period: From commencement date to 31 December 2026
Work will be assigned based on agreed deliverables, timelines, and project requirements
On-site attendance may be required for specific assignments such as campaign briefing, filming, content capture, design reviews or event coverage, and will be arranged by mutual agreement

This is a deliverable-based freelance engagement. Specific terms, including scope, turnaround timelines, and meeting cadence, will be discussed and agreed with the selected freelancer.
