Job Description

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who doesn’t just make things “look nice” but knows how to make them mean something. Someone who sees the world through a visual lens and brings unconventional ideas to life. At TSH, you’ll be part of a nimble team that loves experimenting, collaborating, and turning ideas into scroll-stopping, conversation-starting work. If you have an eye for detail, challenge the usual way of doing things, and work well in a fast-paced, idea-driven environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design captivating graphics for branding, social media, websites, marketing materials, and more.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to develop and execute unconventional design concepts.
  • Contribute sketches, illustrations, and moodboards during early concept stages to help shape ideas visually.
  • Transform complex ideas into visually appealing infographics and illustrations.
  • Maintain and evolve our clients’ brand identities through consistent and creative visuals.
  • Stay ahead of design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Ensure all designs meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time.
  • Contribute to the growth of TSH’s own branding and visual presence across online channels.

Requirements:

  • Min 1 year of design experience (internships and freelance work count too).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Canva, and Figma.
  • Comfortable with illustration, sketching, or visual ideation by hand or digitally.
  • Good sense of typography, colour, and composition.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Able to work independently, manage timelines, and juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • A genuine interest in branding, creativity, and making bold ideas happen.
