What You’ll Do:
• Manage multiple social media accounts, ensuring campaigns roll out smoothly and on time.
• Be the go-to person for clients; keeping them informed, engaged, and excited about the work.
• Work closely with creative and strategy teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Stay ahead of trends and platform changes, so our clients don’t just keep up – they stand out.
• Craft reports that go beyond numbers, showing clients the real impact of their campaigns.
• Help brainstorm campaign ideas and push for work that gets results.
Who You Are:
• 1-2 years of experience in account management, preferably in a social-first agency or marketing role.
• A people person – you can manage relationships, navigate feedback, and keep things moving.
• Comfortable with fast turnarounds and multiple moving parts.
• Social media-savvy; you get how platforms work and what makes content perform.
• Organised and detail-oriented; because great work needs great execution.
• Someone who thrives under pressure and loves problem-solving.
