What You’ll Do:
– Help run social-led campaigns from brief to rollout
– Manage timelines, track deliverables, and keep things on course
– Build strong, respectful relationships with clients and creatives
– Spot issues early and take initiative to solve them
– Confidently lead parts of client relationships, knowing when to escalate or ask for support
– Think critically about brand challenges and bring smart, creative solutions to the table
– Share what you know with interns or fresh grads; and be open to learning from others
– Stay plugged into what’s happening in social: trends, shifts, and smart ideas
What You Bring to the Table:
– 1–2 years of experience in account servicing, preferably in a social media or creative agency
– A sharp eye for details and deadlines
– Clear communication and a willingness to speak up
– Integrity and the confidence to say no (with tact), while knowing when a yes-with-limits drives the work forward
– A collaborative mindset, with just the right amount of hustle
– A feel for what works in design, copy, and creative – not just the timelines that carry them
– Curiosity about what makes content perform and a drive to make things better
