Job Description

Type A is on the hunt for a Social Media Art Director with an eye for design, a flair for conceptualization, and the ability to make brands look damn good on social.

We want someone with style and panache. Someone who can craft killer key visuals, set strong creative directions, and dream up fresh, scroll-stopping social media ideas. If you can shoot vertical videos that don’t feel like an afterthought, even better. We’re looking for someone who knows their way around the social space and understands how to make brands pop visually.


What You’ll Do:

• Develop creative concepts and key visuals that drive engagement on social.

• Craft social-first design directions that don’t just look good but feel native to the platform.

• Work with strategists and account managers to bring ideas to life.

• Shoot and edit vertical videos that feel authentic and designed for the feed.

• Push creative boundaries while staying true to brand guidelines.


Who You Are:

• 3–5 years of experience in design, art direction, or social media creative roles.

• A strong sense of style – whether it’s high-end luxury or the latest trend, you know what looks good and why.

• Social media savvy – you get platform nuances and how visuals need to adapt for each one.

• Comfortable with shooting and editing short-form vertical videos (we’re not expecting cinema-level productions, just a good eye and execution).

• Able to work fast without compromising on quality.
