Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
This role is less about “being creative” and more about making creativity happen consistently.
– Plan, write, and schedule content across platforms
– Think ahead. Ensuring content is prepared before deadlines exist
– Track project timelines and keep everything moving
– Coordinate with videographers, designers, and editors
– Organise content calendars, assets, and deliverables
– Handle posting and scheduling of content
– Occasionally assist on-site during shoots
– Liaise with clients for approvals when needed
Who This Is For
You might fit this role if you:
– Are highly organised and naturally plan ahead
– Like working behind-the-scenes to make things run smoothly
– Have an interest in content / social media (even if you’re not a “creative person”)
– Are comfortable working with creative teams (and their chaos)
– Respond quickly and take ownership of timelines
– Enjoy ticking things off a list and keeping things on track
Who This Is NOT For
This role will not work out if you:
– Are a “free-flow creative” who dislikes structure
– Need constant guidance or reminders
– Struggle with deadlines or replying on time
– Prefer ideation over execution and organisation (We already have enough creatives — we need someone to anchor them.)
Bonus Skills (Good to Have, Not Required)
In case of emergencies or support needs:
– Able to shoot photos with a professional camera (training provided)
– Basic editing (e.g. CapCut)
– Basic design skills

Details
Salary: $2300 – $2500
Working hours: 10AM – 6PM
Location: Duxton area
WFH: 0–2 days/week (depending on workload)
Occasionally required to work weekends (for shoots)
