Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all in store sales activities.
- Deliver quality customer service including identifying customers’ needs, developing client relationships, provide comprehensive products information and advice, and delivering post-sale services.
- Able to up-sell and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.
- Maintain display area’s cleanliness and ensure that products are organized and visually appealing.
- Maintain accurate inventory recording and ensure timely restocking of inventories.
- Handle any ad-hoc duties assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate should possess a minimum GCE N-Level qualification.
- Candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of retail experience for TV and/or home appliances.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong sales acumen and persuasive selling skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
