Job Description
We’re seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Account Executive with strong analytical and interpersonal skills to craft data-driven digital solutions (SEO, social, paid) and drive impactful campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients for long-term client retention.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with clients and internal team members to optimize campaign strategies.
- Manage projects/campaign deliverables, ensuring they meet quality standards, client expectations, budget and timeline.
- Interpret campaign metrics and translate data into actionable insights for performance optimisation.
- Identify opportunities within client portfolios and collaborate with management to increase service adoption.
- Be constantly updated with the company’s capabilities and services, as well as any emerging digital marketing trends and solutions.
Qualification
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with both clients and team members.
- Has 2 years of working experience in accounting servicing/project management of digital marketing projects.
- Experience in servicing MNC or government agencies is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task effectively in a dynamic working environment.
- Possess positive work attitude with good interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Organised and fast learner, especially in new technologies.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, New Media Studies, Marketing, or equivalent.
