Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Ideation and Creation
- Concept Development: Generate innovative and engaging content ideas for various formats and platforms, tailored to specific pitches, retainers, and campaign requirements.
- Strategic Planning: Develop content strategies that align with client goals and objectives, ensuring a cohesive narrative and effective audience engagement across all channels.
- Creation: Write and produce high-quality content that resonates with target audiences, utilising best practices for each platform (not limited to social media posts, blogs, videos, and graphics).
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain a strong understanding of Brands and clients, understanding their needs and expectations to deliver tailored and impactful solutions.
Content Creation
- Multi-Format Content Creation: Produce a diverse range of content, including but not limited to written articles, social media posts, video scripts, infographics, and interactive media.
- Pitches and Proposals: Create compelling content for client pitches, showcasing the creative vision and potential impact of proposed campaigns and strategies.
- Retainers and Campaigns: Develop and maintain ongoing content for retainers, ensuring consistent delivery and alignment with client expectations. Execute campaign-specific content that drives engagement and meets defined KPIs.
Performance Analysis and Optimization
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse content performance metrics, providing regular reports, insights and recommendations to inform strategy adjustments and optimise future content.
- Feedback Integration: Gather and incorporate feedback from clients, team members, and audience interactions to continually refine and improve content quality and effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS
- Min. 2 years of experience in content strategy, social media marketing, or digital advertising.
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Comfortable with doing event coverage independently
- On top of digital trends on various social media platforms
- Positive mindset and attitude, adaptable to changes.
- Experience with influencer marketing is a plus!
