Job Description

Responsibilities:

User Engagement and Conversion

  • Maintain strong user relationships, optimise user engagement strategies, and drive increased purchase conversions.

CRM Operations and Optimisation

  • Create and execute effective push notifications and email marketing campaigns.
  • Analyse sales performance data to refine product recommendations and content strategies.
  • Continuously monitor and improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall conversion funnel performance.

Content Strategy and Copywriting

  • Develop compelling push notification and email marketing content, aligning hot-selling products with relevant themes.
  • Optimise copywriting to maximise open and click-through rates.

Social Media Trend Analysis and Product Recommendation

  • Stay informed about trending topics on social media.
  • Actively participate in team discussions to plan and implement timely push content strategies.
  • Proactively identify and recommend products that align with current trends.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the Onsite Operations team to analyse and leverage the performance of content and products.
  • Foster teamwork to amplify results and optimise future campaigns.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • No prior experience required, but relevant internships or 1-3 years of cross-border e-commerce experience is a plus.
  • Passion for shopping and e-commerce industry.
  • Strong attention to details and ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Proactive, positive attitude, and excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and visualisation.
  • Excellent English copywriting skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts in HQ on a daily basis.
