Job Description

Supports the Executive Wealth Director and his team in the research, analysis, management, and execution of client investment strategies. Acts as a crucial link between the sales team and the back-office operations and ensuring seamless client service. Conduct sales, meeting sales targets, and investment execution.

 

Key Responsibilities

Conduct due diligence on potential wealth and investment opportunities.
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of portfolio holdings and asset classes.
Conduct sales and meeting sales targets.
Assist in generating investment proposals, performance reports, and market commentaries.
Gather and synthesize economic, market, and company-specific data to support investment decisions.
Prepare and process trade orders accurately and efficiently as directed, adhering to all compliance guidelines.
Monitor portfolios for cash balances, asset allocations, and compliance with client investment policy statements.
Resolve trade settlement issues and coordinate with custodial and operations teams.
Prepare comprehensive client performance reviews and quarterly statements.
Assist in drafting client-facing correspondence, presentations, and meeting materials.
Respond promptly to client and internal inquiries regarding portfolio performance, transactions, and account details.
Ensure all client documentation, Know Your Customer (KYC), and suitability requirements are complete and current.
Maintain and update client data, transaction records, and research files in the management systems.
Assist with regulatory reporting and internal compliance audits as needed.
