Job Description
Not your typical “make coffee and photocopy” internship.
We’re WhiteLabel PR, a boutique PR agency in Singapore that punches above its weight. Our clients include names you actually recognise: CDL malls, Lendlease malls, VivoCity, Lien Foundation, NTUC FairPrice, and Violet Oon Singapore. We’re a small, tight-knit team, which means our interns don’t sit on the sidelines. You’ll be in the room and learning fast.
We’re looking for 2 to 3 interns to join us from October/ November 2026 for 3 to 6 months.
What your days will look like
No two days are the same, but here’s a taste:
- Drafting pitch emails and helping the team land media coverage for client campaigns
- Putting together media monitoring reports (yes, you’ll learn to read between the lines of news coverage)
- Helping coordinate events, from media previews at malls to press conferences for national campaigns
- Creating social media content and press materials that actually go live
- Researching influencers, compiling shortlists, and tracking KOL deliverables
- Jumping into brainstorms for new business pitches (your ideas are welcome)
You might be a good fit if you
- Are studying or have recently graduated in Comms, PR, Journalism, Marketing, or something related
- Write well in English (this is non-negotiable in PR)
- Are curious about what makes a story land in the media
- Can work with Google Workspace and Canva without needing a tutorial
- Don’t mind a fast-paced environment where things can shift quickly
- Have a good attitude and are ready to learn. That honestly matters more to us than a stacked resume.
Extra points if you
- Know your way around CapCut, Premiere Pro, or any video/photo editing tools
- Already follow lifestyle, food, or retail brands a little too closely
- Have run your own content projects, even for school or fun
What’s in it for you
- $1,000/month allowance
- Real portfolio pieces from real client work (not simulation exercises)
- Mentorship from senior PR professionals who’ve been doing this for over a decade
- Exposure across the full agency spectrum: media relations, events, influencer campaigns, content, and client management
- A reference letter when you’re done (a good one, if you earn it)
